Mr. Bharatkumar M. Davda was honoured by the University of America as an Honorary Doctoral for a Noble innovation to reduce Global Environment Pollution. The event was conducted in Mumbai by the Associate Academy of United Nation Peace, on 9th January 2021.

We joined hands with Mineral and Material Technologies (IMMT) Bhuvneshwar for helping us by providing the infrastructure to produce the first Green Steel. Green Steel is energy efficient and carbon-less. It took more than 800 trials to produce Green Steel production in which Carbon Dioxide emissions are reduced to zero by eliminating the fossil fuel for iron production.

One ton of steel production produces 3.4 tons of Carbon Dioxide, 4.7 Sulphur Dioxide and contributes to many kinds of pollution such as Water pollution and Electric Energy for Carbonless steel. It was achieved by replacing Blast Furnaces with new technology HYDROGEN PLASMA SMELTING REDUCTION (Single Stage Process). It is the process for the preparation of high purity iron without the inclusion of any carbon source thereby making the process green. The innovation was concluded in the year 2014, after testing all the data.
