Specifications: |
A representative sample is extracted by the recommended extraction
protocol for the commodity of interest. It is then filtered, diluted and
passed through the column either by pumping or by gravity. The column
is washed to clean off unbound material. The aflatoxin is then
released using an elution solvent, and is ready for running on HPLC
or other method of detection. |
