Description: The NIT-38 Alcohol Analyser is one of the NIT-38 NIR Transmission Analysers series. The Alcohol Analyser is specifically configured to measure liquids such as wine, beer and spirits using transmission spectra. Calibrations for red and white wines are included with the system. Calibrations for beer and other alcoholic beverages can easily be developed using the wine calibrations and adjusting for slope and bias. The system includes a diode array spectrophotometer, software, and liquid sample cell.
