Water Activity Meter 4TE |
| Short description: |
AquaLab¨ Series 4TE gives you a Temperature stable sampling environment without an external water bath.
The ÒTEÓ stands for thermoelectric (Peltier) control. AquaLab TE allows you to choose (On-screen) a temperature from 15 to 50°C. You select the precise temperature control, to ±0.2°C using pushbuttons and AquaLab does the rest. Temperature is expertly managed with internal thermoelectric components. No additional equipment or messy connections required. Save your valuable bench space and eliminate the extra cost of a bulky water bath, too. The effect of temperature on water activity is product specific. One cannot predict the direction of change of water activity with temperature, since it depends on how temperature affects the above factors controlling aw in the product. For this reason, accurate measurement is necessary

Water Activity Meter 4TEV |
| Short description: |
A continuation of the industry
standard AquaLab Series 3, the
Series 4 TE and TEV is unveiled after years of
research and development. The redesigned
open sensor block forms a vapor seal around
samples during testing and enables cleaning
without any instrument disassembly. The
internal data storage allows for compliance
with 21 CFR Part 11. AquaLab 4 TEV also
features Decagon’s Integrated Sensor Block,
the only instrument in the industry to allow
push-button toggling between dewpoint and
capacitance sensors.

Pawkit Portable aw Meter |
| Short description: |
Originally designed for government inspectors, the 4-inch Pawkit is a reliable water activity instrument for use on-the-go. To make a measurement, flip back the sensor cover and fit the Pawkit over a standard AquaLab sample cup. A push of a button brings an accurate reading within five minutes.
Pawkit owners include government inspectors, jerky manufacturers, small food companies, and production-line QA managers, among others. The Pawkit is accurate to ± 0.02 aw , so it can only be used where a higher accuracy is not critical

Thermal Analyser 2 |
| Short description: |
The KD2 Pro uses 3 interchangeable sensors to measure thermal diffusivity, specific heat (heat capacity), thermal conductivity and thermal resistivity. After taking a measurement, the KD2 Pro automatically converts data into thermal properties values. The raw data remains accessible for spreadsheet analysis as required by IEEE and ASTM standards
